1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The plant was damaged or dead on arrival.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Returned within 5 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that live plants are perishable and sensitive to handling, weather, and climate. We do not accept returns for:

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
